Yes, if you bothered paying any attention you would have noticed that on the top of the page on both the "Submit a Report" page and this Bug & Product Suggestions page there is a notice saying that Arena is having issues with a link you could follow for more details. And if you clicked that link (reposted here: https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ ) you would see that the mail system has been disabled while they fix a bug with it and we will get the rewards later. Full notice here:
"Player Inbox Disabled
Identified - Due to issues with the @MTG_Arena player inbox, we are temporarily pausing our inbox messaging and rewards, including those for the 5th Anniversary. Once the issues are resolved, we will continue our messaging and rewards as planned.

You could not target Talion, Kindly Lord with Cut Down because it was still a 3/4. Although Arena shows creatures with lowered toughness when they are damaged, their toughness is still the same. If you want to use Cut Down on Talion, Kindly Lord you would need to cast a spell or use an ability that actually lowers power and/or toughness by at least 2 combined points.
TLDR: damage does not actually lower toughness.

If you followed the link at the top of the bug report forum( https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ ), you would have seen a message that the in-game mail system is currently down while they fix a bug with it and they will resume giving the gifts out once it's fixed.

I've seen reports of issues with not drawing scryed cards before, but that's generally scrying and putting 3+ cards back on top of the deck.

Yes, Sagas are not tokens. Unless someone made a copy, like with Yenna, Redtooth Regent. Then TBM can target the token copies of itself to make more.

You can't cast it because it has no valid targets. Both of your opponent's creatures have a mana value of 4.

I doubt it's intentional since the possibility of a program freezing is always a thing and MtG isn't a shooter or fighting game that needs a 100% constant connection.

In Arena, Blind Obedience is only legal in Explorer and Historic. If you're trying to make a Standard or Alchemy deck it will not show up.

The problem here is that the copy is destroying the target of the original before it does, so without a valid target it fizzles out.
