    im playing ashiok, wicked manipulator in historic brawl and had added lord of the forsaken as a card into the deck because it has the ability "Pay 1 life : add 1 colorless mana. spend this mana only to cast a spell from your graveyard." this effect has no mention about being unable to activate without a target in the graveyard meaning i should be able to activate it whenever i want to pay a life and add a mana. with ashiok in play this would mean i could add a mana by removing the top card of my deck instead making it a good card to use when aiming to use ashioks -7 loyalty ability as i could fill my exile zone easily through it with no repercussions as mana burn in no longer a thing in magic. sadly the game makes you unable to even activate the ability if theres nothing to spend mana on making this card useless for the strategy i wanted to employ with it even though it should be able to be done with both how magic works and how the card is read.

    My rot priest did not trigger several times through my most recent fight.

    I was ossified (ossification) by an opponent on my Fynn the Fangbearer while Rot priest was on the field, my opponent had no cards which would have prevented Rot Priest anywhere through out the field. Yet still he received no poison counter for targeting my Fynn.

    This happened a second time with a damage spell that he cast against another of my creatures, both spells he used clearly said "target creature" and Rot Priest clearly states "whenever a creature you control becomes the target of a spell" I lost this match because of these poison counters not being applied several times. Please fix this bug.

    Ossification is clearly a spell: "In MTG, a spell is any type of card cast by a player. Spells are usually cast from your hand, but in special cases can be cast from other areas of the battlefield like your library or your graveyard. Land cards are the only type of card that is not considered a spell." < from your own rules. These were all cast from his hand.

    Note: it did work when I cast Tomito's Safe Keeping.
