An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedWas the draft a Best-of-3 ("Traditional") event? Those don't count towards your rank.

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedNot a bug.
The relevant rule here (from the comprehensive rules at https://media.wizards.com/2022/downloads/MagicCompRules%2020220908.txt ) is 704.8
"If a state-based action results in a permanent leaving the battlefield at the same time other state-based actions were performed, that permanent’s last known information is derived from the game state before any of those state-based actions were performed.
Example: You control Young Wolf, a 1/1 creature with undying, and it has a +1/+1 counter on it. A spell puts three -1/-1 counters on Young Wolf. Before state-based actions are performed, Young Wolf has one +1/+1 counter and three -1/-1 counters on it. After state-based actions are performed, Young Wolf is in the graveyard. When it was last on the battlefield, it had a +1/+1 counter on it, so undying will not trigger."This is the same situation as the example given there -- the army is treated as having died with a +1/+1 and a -1/-1 counter still on it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedNot a bug. Gisa reads (emphasis added by me)
"If a creature an opponent controls would die, exile it INSTEAD".
That wording means that your devil tokens never died ... they were exiled "instead" of dying. So anything that would have triggered on death shouldn't have happened.

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commented"Five or more mana values" doesn't mean that the total of the mana values in your card is at least 5. It means you have at least 5 different mana values represented among the cards in your graveyard.
For the example you gave, your graveyard consisted of
* Titan of Industry (Mana Value 7)
* Dusk Mangler (Mana Value 7)
* Thrill of Possibility (Mana Value 2)You currently have two mana values in your yard: Specifically, you have Mana Values 2, and 7. That means you can't cast it with flash.

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedIt's a bit counterintuitive, but this is actually working as intended.
You can read the release notes for Dominaria United at https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/dominaria-united-release-notes-2022-08-26 . One of them specifically refers to this situation:
Under Queen Allenal, it says "The additional Soldier token won't have any abilities the other tokens were created with. Anything else specified in the effect creating the tokens (such as tapped, attacking, "That token gains haste," or "Exile that token at end of combat") applies to both the original tokens and the Soldier."

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedConfirming that the same thing happened in a match I played tonight. (Fortunately, I was the beneficiary of the bug).

An error occurred while saving the comment Muggle_of_the_Coast#19144 commentedThis has occurred multiple times to me during premier drafts. I can't give a repeatable reason when or why it happens.
Normally during a draft, single clicking a card "Reserves" it. You can either double click or select "Confirm Pick" to select it, or it'll be selected automatically when the timer runs out.
However, there are times (roughly 1-2 per draft) where single-clicking the card simultaneously selects and confirms it, so the card ends up picked instead of just reserved.

In more detail, what happened here was:
(1a): Your activation of the "becomes a 2/2" ability goes on the stack.
(2a): Your opponent's Flame-Blessed Bolt goes on the stack.
(3a): Your second activation of the "becomes a 2/2" ability goes on the stack.
(3r): Your second activation of the "becomes a 2/2" ability resolves. Your Sleeper is now a 2/2
(4a): Your activation of the "becomes a 3/3" ability goes on the stack.
(4r): Your activation of the "becomes a 3/3" ability resolves. Your Sleeper is now a 3/3.
(2r): Your opponent's bolt resolves. Your Sleeper is now a 3/3 with 2 damage on it.
(1r): That "becomes a 2/2" ability you first put on the stack finally resolves. Your Sleeper now becomes a 2/2 with 2 damage on it, and dies.
