I'm finding the Lucky Clover highly bugged at the moment. It's doing what is mentioned above (tossing cards in graveyard that should be in exile. And something else that just happened that could be Clover related: I couldn't use an adventure on the field when I clearly had the mana for it. Now, I did have "Deafening Silence" on the field and that could have possibly been related (but I don't remember doing so).......which just highlights to me that "Deafening Silence" needs more of an alert that it is preventing a play from happening. Whether eyes lighting up more or a sound or both. Something. :)

Just wanted to chime in with same issue. I went into play and the land was replaced by the sleeve and could not be casted as a land. Went to deck creation and to my surprise my Unsanctioned lands (which we all paid for!) are no longer available for selection.
Please fix WotC......we paid for these things.
