This happened a few times yesterday, and once today already for me.
I would say this has happened 4-5 games so far in the past few days. I have a playset of 4 of these, and often have multiples out.

I've have seen it where none of the multiples trigger either. They just attack and move on.
The one just now was all by himself and didn't trigger.

There's nothing on the board preventing this trigger from either side on any of the occasions.

I've even had this happen on a fresh game, the opponent has nothing but lands out (with no abilities to prevent this), and this is my first creature out, and it still doesn't trigger, and I have less cards than the opponent.

I love this card, but the whole purpose for it is to disrupt the other player, and when that doesn't happen, they have the advantage from something you just played that is supposed to give you an advantage.

For me each time, the robber doesn't even trigger. No animations, nothing, it doesn't even pause like something is happening on my end, he just attacks and then it's on to the next step.
