I simply didn't find anything in my inventory. No weapons and armor, even the potions were reset... EVERYTHING is gone!!!!

This happens to me all the time....happened today. I was playing as a level 20 Bruenor and had a lot of gear playing coop with three others. I had at least 3-4 legendary items, epic items, money and got to the final boss and as soon as I went to make my first hit.....Disconnected. I lost all that gear and was livid as I farmed for a couple hours to get legendary gear.

Same problem here. I lost the Loot, the equip, the trophies, the power and the skills. Money, shards. Every single thing. It was like I started a new character from scrap. But I only played Wulfgar.

Had a lvl 20 bruenor battlehammer with everything unlocked and almost 3 full sets of legendary with almost full inventorys of loot everything gone I did the restart and computer restart with game restart no dice and then was just refered here instead of fixing the issue also tried making a new character that did nothign as well

I had the same problem. I can no longer equip potions, equipment and skills. I had 3850 power and lost everything.

Same happened to me and it didnt fix with a restart, game freeze when I talk to the merchant.

It also bugs out anytime I try to get into my menus

Lost all my loot on my level 20 Wulfgar. Have tried restarting game,uninstalling and reinstalling again. Still shows I’m level 20, all of my stats are reset. Have no way to use any potions or my abilities. On the Xbox series x.

Lost everything back to level 1, 4 times. So frustrating because seems like it would be a fun game.

Update: I started a dungeons and began again from level 1, loot new equipment but didnt could equip some items spaces like boots

same thing happend to me as well.
restart does not work.
i uninstalled and reinstalling now. if that does not work i will be requesting a refund.
46 hrs of play and its all gone.

have encountered this as well, sometimes even my level is reset to level 1.. A restart of the game seems to fix it most times.. There are times when an additional restart fixes it.
