Camera Stuck

Steps:
When popping in and out of locking on to enemies with R3.
Result:
The camera angle occasionally gets stuck looking in one direction and the character can no longer be rotated. This has also happened when a locked onto enemy dies, and my hero is still stuck locked into looking in the dead enemy's direction. Trying to exit/reenter lock mode by clicking R3 has no effect in escaping camera locked angle.
Expected Result:
The character smoothly enters and exists enemy lock-on mode and never gets stuck looking in one direction or in the direction of a dead enemy.

Xbox One - this happened to me as well (playing multiplayer as Drizzt)!
The camera got stuck on a killed enemy and I couldn't turn the camera (no other enemies were immediately nearby), and had to meticulously side scroll until I was able to target another enemy to reset the camera.
