The bundle disappeared from the store because you bought it and cannot buy it again. That middle screenshot of yours, the one numbered 8448, shows you that you are getting all that stuff on April 16th, when the set releases. The only part of it you get now is the card sleeve.

Welcome to Alchemy cards, found only on MtG:Arena. All are massively busted and at least 1 rarity-tier lower than any kind of equivalent would be in paper. The good news is that they are not legal in Standard or Explorer, so if you want to avoid them you know where to go.

Decks don't have to be only 60 cards. Using a 200-card deck is not cheating.

There's several cards that stop opponents from playing cards on your turn or even makes it so they can only play spells when they could play a sorcery. Did your opponent have any of those cards out?

Hexproof and ward only work to stop opponents' spells and abilities.

If you can't cast spells or use abilities when you have priority it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.

The Oko bundle is a PRE-ORDER bundle. As pic 8448 shows, you will receive the items you bought on April 16th when the set releases. You have no packs right now because it is not the 16th yet. The bundle disappeared from the store because you already bought it and cannot buy it again as it is a one-time purchase, not a repeatable like the packs purchased for gems or gold.
