List, step by step, what EXACTLY is happening and also what EXACTLY you were expecting to happen. Telling us you're playing Standard Ranked and that "OP is cheating" says nothing about what's going on. Also, give it an appropriate title that gives some idea what's going on.
As for number 6, they are ASKING IF you found a workaround, NOT TELLING you to find one. If you don't have a workaround, just say "no." There is no need to be rude about it. -

Are you saying that you fail basic math? Of course a 4 power creature will kill a 4 toughness creature, it's the same number! Subtract a number from itself and you get 0, and a creature with 0 toughness dies.

"They take almost zero skill to run and that's all arena likes to pit me against. The win rate for these talentless ******** is gross and I'm tired of getting land screwed or board wiped constantly just so people can strut around with arrogant "oops" "your go" spamming and act like they actually have something to brag about. This game isn't even fun anymore it's nothing but elitist ****** copying decks and thinking they're special. There's no original thought among any of them."

Neighborhood Guardian does NOT give +1/+1 counters, it merely gives +1/+1 until end of turn.
That would be a missing/corrupted textures thing. It means you need to reinstall.
