An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commented"Opening these packs resulted in no cards and crashed my game."
Sounds like it crashed before it showed the cards."When I reopen the game, the packs aren't there..."
Because you already opened them."...and I don't have any new cards in my collection."
Both the deck builder and the collection will only label a card as new if you got them after opening the app. Since you got the cards during the previous opening of the app, they are no longer labeled as new. You can find the new Alchemy MKM cards you got by using the search filter S:YMKM but only for the uncommons, rares, and mythics, as there are no new commons in Alchemy MKM. -

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedLooks like the update installed incorrectly, or it somehow let you in without updating the game. You need to reinstall.

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commented1) That is not the current Alchemy event. The time to request compensation for an event is while it is active or just after it ends.
2) The rewards structure for that event is obviously very different than the current Alchemy event, seeing as the current one's rewards go from 1 to 6 packs, while the on you posted you don't get any packs for fewer than 2 wins, and 7 wins gets you a token.
3) Considering that the old event you're complaining about has a buy-in of only 375 gems, the reward for 6 wins being 450 gems is most likely correct, seeing how the current Alchemy event has a buy-in of 1500 gems with the 6 wins prize including 1800 gems. -

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedYou've listed some well-known combos, but where are the bugs? You didn't mention even one. Or is this just a misnamed request to ban some cards?

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedIf the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server. This is a 100% guaranteed tell.
"I'd have figured it for a disconnect but got no error message."
Arena actually rarely tells you if you've lost your connection to the server. It's even rarer for it to reconnect you on its own. -

The reason your opponent seemed to be thinking for so long is because you had lost connection to the server. You needed to restart the game much earlier to not automatically concede due to inactivity.
