    Did you pay the seven mana to activate the deathtouch?
    Did you increase Wispdrinker Vampire's power over 2?

    Did your opponent play or have anything that would give their creature indestructible?

    First, Sharp-Eyed Rookie's ability only triggers when a creature enters the battlefield on your side of the field that has power or toughness that is higher than Sharp-Eyed Rookie's currently is. It won't trigger every time you play a creature.

    Secondly, did they have out anything that stops ETB triggers, like Doorkeeper Thrull?

    You lost connection to the game servers. I'm surprised the rope timer didn't appear though.
