   Just to clarify, what EXACTLY were you EXPECTING to happen and what EXACTLY was it that ACTUALLY happened?
   Because Ichor Shade's ability triggers only on your end step and gets only one +1/+1 token. Your wording has me thinking that you were expecting a counter every time another creature died.
