Hexproof and ward only work to stop opponents' spells and abilities.

If you can't cast spells or use abilities when you have priority it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
If the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server. -

While it's nice of you to include the log, you also need to include a description of the bug so they know what to look for.

If the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
In other words, your opponent won because you weren't there. -

No bug here. In order for dying abilities to trigger the card must go to the graveyard from the battlefield. Your opponent has out 2 of Etching of Kumano, which has the ability "If a creature dealt damage this turn by a source you controlled would die, exile it instead."
