If you die from combat damage, then abilities won't trigger because you are already dead. This includes ones that would gain you life and/or cause damage to opponents.

For this you'd go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Account Issues" for this. If that doesn't work, select "Report a Problem with my Event."
Also, those two mtgarena-support,wizards,com links won't work for other people. They're your support requests, other players can't look at them.

Are you certain they're the same card and not another copy? Players can have up to 4 copies of each card that's not a basic land in their deck.
