Tasha is not targeting Spectrum Sentinel. She is creating a lingering effect.2) "I thought Dark Ritual is banned."
Although it is banned in Historic, it is not banned in Brawl and Timeless.3) "They have two Mox Sapphires out! That's illegal!"
Seeing as Mox Sapphire is not a legendary, it's perfectly legal to have more than one out.4) "Is this player a wotc employee?"
No, wotc employees have a colored name that the game calls "Mythic Orange."5) "I've never seen anyone play with a deck that big."
Unless you are playing a format that requires the decks to have an exact number of cards, like Brawl, there is only truly a MINIMUM size for decks. Maximum size is "still shuffle-able" which Arena considers 200 or 250, seems to vary by mode. -

Plot lets you play the card later at Sorcery SPEED. Slickshot Show-Off is still a creature and as such does not trigger Prowess.
