Plan The Heist will always draw 3 cards, unless there aren't enough cards left in the deck or there is a card out that restricts the number of cards they can draw in a turn.

Plan The Heist only has the player Surveil 3 if they have ZERO cards in hand, nothing else matters for that.

    ZERO BUGS HERE.

It doesn't matter if the creature is a shapeshifter or not. What matters is if it has the Changeling ability or not, because THAT is what gives a creature all creature types.

Could try going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Report a problem with my event" to see if they'll compensate you.

The proper way to do this is to contact them yourself by going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and selecting "Report a problem with my event."

You're gonna have to be a bit more specific here.

If you're trying to use the tap ability Ghired gives your non-token creatures with one you just played that doesn't have haste, that's not a bug. Creatures without haste can't attack or use tap abilities until your next turn.

If you're trying to use the tap ability Ghired gives your non-token creatures on a creature card you just played, that's not a bug. The ability can only make copies of creature tokens.

If you're trying to use the tap ability Ghired gives your non-token creatures on a token creature that has base power & toughness 0 but comes with +1/+1 counters, that's not a bug. The +1/+1 counters are coming from whatever made the token and the 0/0 creature token you're making is instantly dying as a state based action.

Those graveyard cards are blocking part of the board, so I have to ask:
Did they have a Bloodletter of Aclazotz on the board?

No, Bedrock Tortoise is a 0/6. If you put one +1/+1 counter on it, it becomes a 1/7. It has an ability to make it deal combat damage equal to its toughness, but that has NOTHING to do with its power. Arena is simply reminding players of this by showing it as if it's a X/X for whatever value its toughness is during combat.

The problem is that Arena only labels cards as "new" if you received them AFTER you opened the app, so cards gotten from packs opened before a crash would not be labeled as "new" anymore. When opening a pack, the pack is replaced in your inventory with the cards regardless of the animation, so it's safe to assume that you do have the cards from them.

You can try going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and choosing "Account Issues" to see if they can tell you what cards you received. Other option for future packs would be to keep a written list of what all you have and cross-referencing after opening a pack.

I'm assuming that you've tried reinstalling already to see if that helps with the crashing problem.
