Stuck in Loading Screen
get stuck at an infinite black loading screen, tried restarting system and uninstalling no fix yet, infinite load times.

Can't get in. Only sees black screen or says "Connection Lost" even though I have tried multiple devices across multiple internets.

When trying to load a level in online play we are stuck in a load screen but can hit attack and move and hear the characters doing the actions.

Infinite loading screens at if wiping during a boss battle needs to be a priority. When it's a 40 minute mission it feels really bad to lose all that progress.
