Lost Character Advancement

- Playing with 1 friend.
- I was playing as Drizzt, he was Bruenor.
- Had just finished the second mission beating Stonegrinder. Saw the rewards, but was stuck in the screen right after that, but before loading back into base camp. When it did finally load back in after about 20 or so seconds (typically doesn't take that long to load back, even in online matches), I tried to open the rewards chest but I couldn't open it at all. Then I noticed my character looked like the default Drizzt instead of with the loot I had equipped him with previously. When I opened the inventory, all my gold, gear, skills, everything was gone. I should have been level 5, but it had reset to level 1 with 0 XP. I was also unable to use any of my abilities or consumables after this happened.

3. I was playing as Bruenor and Cattie.
4. Was playing online, started disconnecting and don't allowing me to join party.
After 3 attempts, with 2 characters i saw my lvl18 and lvl14 as lvl1 with a lot of bugs:
- don't allow to use the right specials
- don't allow to pickup things
- unable to change gears, buy hits or set points
- unable to hit enemy
- unable to respawn
