    1. Xbox Series X
    2. Playing with 3 friends.
    3. I was playing as Bruenor and Cattie.
    4. Was playing online, started disconnecting and don't allowing me to join party.
    After 3 attempts, with 2 characters i saw my lvl18 and lvl14 as lvl1 with a lot of bugs:
    - don't allow to use the right specials
    - don't allow to pickup things
    - unable to change gears, buy hits or set points
    - unable to hit enemy
    - unable to respawn

    I had the same problem on Xbox SX, cleaning cache appears to solve (temporarily) the problem.
