I can verify. The mission is called The Hunting Grounds and is act 1 of the Fury of Icewind. After you activate the second runesword the door opens at the Spire of Kelvin. The loot chest is to left of the door, next to a tree. Loot sometimes lands on the ground to be picked up but will more often than not fall through the ground. You can see the beam of light coming out of the ground but not the item itself and there is no option to pick it up. Note the green beam in front of the chest in my photo. This is a weapon that has fallen through the ground after opening the chest.

Same here about this treasure item chest. It's the only I noticed with this bug. When you play in coop, sometimes for the host only, the loot is collectable, but never for the teamates.

Still bug as my comrade said when you are in solo offline most of the time.

PS : I seen lot of treasure with item fall bug IN the treasure, when you see just the aura of color quality, but all of them can be loot, np. I think for this one, the rebound is a little wrong calculated maybe. Have fun :)
