  1. I have a core i7, 16 gig ram, intel iRisxe graphics card. I was in quest mode, doing the mission at Companions of Icewind Dale, Act III

    The game rebooted and i lost all of my loot and items collected. Now it wants me to start from the beginning again.

  3. The new dlc, the crystal wraiths, crashes and goes to blue screen that says error application and gives code

    The new dlc, the crystal wraiths, I have played all three acts many times over and have only ever completed the missions one time each. During any of the big battles the screen will freeze, turn to a blue screen and says error application, gives error code and then report problem. All the other levels have improved so much overall since the newest update, minus some lagging and glitching with character, I play as Drizzt. I love this game, please keep up the hard work, and thank you all for all you do!

  4. I can't play very long into an online co-op match without disconnecting

    Every time I try to play an online co-op match I get disconnected. Sometimes I get dc'd right away other times it happens close to the end of the mission. It isn't my internet and my other games work fine. It just happened again checking to see if it was working after your tweet, 2:45 pm eastern.

  5. Game / missions crashes on completion of the first level

    In a multiplayer games with friends, After killing the two final bosses in the first mission we get the reports and the we get session disconnected and we get stuck on the report, all you can do id close the game, but you lose all items you collected, gold, exp, everything, we have had this happen 3 times now.

  6. Mission-Kicking Bug II: Son of Mission-Kicking Bug

    I encountered the issue on XBox Series S

    I was playing with a friend, who is on XBox One.

    I was playing as Drizzt.

    Following the impressive 9/21/21 patch, it pains me to report that the pesky game-kicks-players-out-of-the-game-at-the-end-of-mission bug has returned. :/

    From what we've seen (for reference: the same one friend and I have played almost daily since release; my report(s) describes the experiences of a semi-permanent party of two), 99% it is only the party leader (me) who gets kicked.

    When this happens, there is also a 50-50 chance that the party leader's earnings do not appear in…

  7. On my PS4 during the 1st mission after I grabbed the 6th dwarvin mug and used a check point it errored out and erased everything

    Auto save needs bugs worked out in case crashes continue until all the bugs can be worked so players offline can still keep there loot and actually be able to progress an enjoy the game offline instead of in a perpetual state of restarting all over.

  8. DC after patch more often than not at end of an act, NO REWARDS IN CHEST

    On Xbox x/s playing in open to public game, I was hosting. After final boss, whole thing completed, including screens at end, we were in loading screen to go back to base camp, and I d/c’d. This happens after recent patch more often than not. It never happened previous to this patch. This time I d/c’d the rewards chest was EMPTY. There is NO excuse for this. I lost 3 legendaries, several epics, quite a few rewards pieces, xp, everything.
    Why not just give it out when the screens are up saying you received it? Why the stupid chest at…

  9. After finishing Act 3, stage 3 disconnects

    After finishing Act 3 Stage 3 from Verbeeg Jamboree, after defeating the boss with 2 of my friends the game crashes and not saves to anyone that we defeat the cook. Have tried to play it multiple times, but weren't been able to save our advance

    After completing a mission in a group, game fails to take me back to camp and the menu option for return to camp doesnt work. Lose out on all exp and loot

  11. loading screen keeps loading idle after party is defeated

    Right after the whole group has been defeated, it is no longer possible to join the session because the loading screen keeps loading idle while the sounds of the battle continue in the background. It seems that the game has loaded but for some reason the loading screen does not clear

    I was playing the last verbeeg mission or what not we spent a lot of time killed the boss then I got disconnected after the mission loading screens and got no rewards and it didn’t count the completion

  14. Black screen

    1. I encountered this issue on PS4
    2. I was playing 1 friend
    3. I was playing as drizzt do'urden
    4. After finishing mission 1 act 1 I got a black screen instead of the loading screen. This happened again after we quit in the middle of mission 1 act 2. I got a permanent black screen instead of loading onto kelvins cairn. Both times, the ps4 was still working so I was able to close the game and re open it.

    Ok Just installed game on Xbox series x... Played in party With my friend TWO HOURS for First Mission at Legend level. At last boss we die, the game freeze at loading respawn.... TWO FCKIN HOURS OF GAME and Lost all.

  16. i was playing on stream in 4 platyer co-op in the second map during thje boss fight and we had 3 men down and the last went for a res,

    I got rezzed and he got downed, I was still up but the TPK screen flashed and we got stuck in a loading screen and had to alt f4

  17. Drinking potion while resting

    I was drinking a potion while "resting" for checkpoint and the screen went black, so I lost all my progress in the game. Already happened twice... A bit annoying to have to redo all the mission again because we don't have a saving option while in a mission.

  18. Kernel panic on The order of the one light Act III

    I encountered this issue on PC
    I was playing with friends
    I was playing as Catti-Brie
    kernel panic happened and I don't have a work around, which is why i'm reaching out to you.

    Playing through steam, event logger says that the game is giving my computer a kernel panic error code: 3221225506 with the source of Kernel-EventTracing.

    Computer has a 1060 GTX, and has only crashed with this game post patch on 8/02/21. let me know what other information you need. I'm not sure if there is a memory leak or what.

  19. Crashes - Game Pass PC

    Pues lo que digo, el juego se me cierra continuamente, no pasa de los 10 minutos cuando el juego se cierra, plataforma PC con gamepass ultimate. La cuestión es que a los 10 minutos contados se me cierra, y no puedo progresar absolutamente nada porque se pierde el progreso.

  20. "you have been disconnected"

    Hey guys! Me and my buddies seem to disconnecting at the end of most of our games. We usually still keep our loot but sometimes we lose out on it. Minus that I just wanted to say the game feels amazing after the latest update. Super excited for future content
