Yes, this is a huge problem. I first noticed this in the "Play" queue when I played 27 games with 25 of them being against mono red. The previous 2 days were just as bad. I did some more testing of my own. When playing a mono red deck, my days have been 18 matches out of 22 were also against mono red. Other days were 10 of 16, 13 of 15 and, today, was 18 of 22. Statistically speaking, that is impossible if the algorithms for the "play" queue are working appropriately. It is actually becoming so well known that people are changing their mono red decks to include Blazing Volley and Redcap Melee, which no one was main decking before. As soon as I switch to another deck, this issue stops.
I am extremely disappointed in the response that I received. I was told the algorithms are working appropriately. If one technician checked my game logs or simply ran a "net deck" mono red deck, they would see the issue right away.
