    The Midweek Magic: Phantom Sealed Faceoff doesn't award rares when you play one track (Crimsom Vow) and then the other (Midnight Hunt); i.e., the second track you play doesn't award rares. Looks like a programming error to me, that did cost me two rares.

    Screenshot below: the system tries to reward a rare, but cannot.
