    WotC told me they were removed, but I can select them, they show in the deck preferences, but they are not the sleeves on my cards when I play.
    It's clear they don't read these forums, or they would have replied to this one after 2ish months

    I want to make an historic brawl deck with a colorless commander. When I add wastes basic lands, I can't save the deck. I cancelled the changes, and the deck now had 27 wastes, but it wouldn't allow me to submit the deck, it submits to the queue. WotC said wastes were fixed, but they are clearly not
