Same thing happened for me. Received Elvish Warmaster and Orah. Both of which I already have 4x of.

Same...
1. Played several games to complete "Cast X color spells" using both mono colored decks and 2-color decks, but progress on quest stalled at 18/19 spells.
2. PC
3. Spell progress stalling at 18/19 spells
4. Progress should complete upon casting required number of spells and completing game.

6. Tried logging out and back in, tried exiting game and restarting. No success, no workaround.MintyFresh#39614

Same thing happened to me. Played 10 - 15 ranked games, everything working like it should. Switched to unranked and about the 2nd or 3rd game in won, but upon winning on the Victory screen it showed my rank going down. Switched back to a ranked game to see what would happen, won and rank went up as expected. Switched back to unranked, won and Victory screen showed ranking go up this time. Breaking even on unranked errors affect on ranking at least...
