    I am also experiencing this bug in Historic Brawl, but curiously it mainly appears to be a problem specifically with colourless commanders (currently trying to build Karn, Living Legacy) - very annoying as these are the ones who want them the most. I have made monocoloured Historic Brawl decks (Azusa and Chandra, Torch of Defiance) with an eldrazi package that appear to have no problem at all in adding 1-2 wastes.
