I lost ranked points even tough I won the match. It is very annoying.

I have the same issue. I lost rank even tough I won the match in the standart play. (not ranked) Fix this, I don't wanna lose hard-earned rank points.

I am sure I had 1 copy of ascendant spirit, graven lore and search for glory but mtg arena deleted them for no apparent reason. Recently I cracked open some boosters and the cards I have mentioned above were given me as "first" and I am super annoyed and frustrated by that. So, what is the point of paying for this game if my cards (which I tried very hard to get them) disappear for good? If you cannot manage to run a game which hundreds of thousands of people pay for in this pandemic in order to get a slight relief from the mundanes of life, what is the point of building a collection? I don't want to quit the game for good because of this silly issues. We demand an answer, wizards?
