Upvoting. I have the same problem. I have confirmed it's not a visual bug: I am not receiving daily rewards. Can provide log.

Hello. I've observed a bug involving Etali, Primal Conqueror. Another player mentioned encountering the same bug in a Facebook post I read the other day.
1. Steps to reproduce the bug: Etali enters play, and Etali's controller is able to play non-land cards exiled from both players' decks. Opponent (me) is not able to play any spells in response to the spells that Etali's controller is playing.
2. Platform: Windows.
3. Actual results experienced: I am not able to play spells in response to spells being cast because of Etali entering play. I definitely had spells available and mana to play them with.
4. I should be able to play spells in response to the spells that are cast as a result of Etali entering play. I've read the card carefully, and there doesn't appear to be anything about it altering the usual timing for playing spells or the ability to respond to said spells.
5. No screenshot is available, but I have uploaded a log.
6. I have not found any workaround.
