Similar thing happed to me with angel of destiny. I got to 36 life by my end step and I did not get the victory.

Lost a game in unranked play and went up a notch in ranked standard constructed. Playing via windows 10 desktop version.
Unranked play isnt's supposed to affect ranked play at all, especially losses and counting them as wins. There's a disconnect and mismatch somewhere in the code.

I went down in steps with construction standard ranking after winning a Bo3 match, as well. This has happened multiple times.
As per your request, I'm running it on Windows 10 PC, but that shouldn't really affect this issue.
Frustrating. I put a lot of time into this and I'm slipping back due to this stuff not working. I pay money for this game. It should work correctly.
I would appreciate compensation as well. It's really not fair for us to be taking the hit on this.

Similar thing happed to me with angel of destiny. I got to 36 life by my end step in the last game I played and then I did not get the victory. My log file is too big to attach. Hopefully others' logs will suffice.
