    I also had this issue today. I had shortly before reset completed a game from the ranked standard queue, and then there was a reset for the daily quests, but the daily wins didn't reset, and is still at my 13 wins. I think I might have been rolling over one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen while the reset was happening. Not sure if the issue is with the game UI (so it would actually count the wins), or if it won't count the wins.
