    I am using this card in standard ranked and its tap/untap ability is not working. Please fix this as this impacts our ability to compete. Please, please fix ASAP.

    I have been having this since the latest November 2020 update. Used 3rd party uninstall tool recommended by support, then reinstalled the game. It starts to load but cannot go past the "loading initial screen" phase and exits after a couple of minutes.
