I recently entered a quickdraft and Omnath, which is banned, appeared as one of the rare cards from the draft pack. (Pack 2, pick 1).
Just had this happen to me. Registered a win as a loss. Went into the round 3-2. Won the game. Instead of showing 4-2, splash screen showed 3-3 and event was over.
A few weeks ago, I had a loss register as two losses as well! So two times this has happened during the MOM set.
