    The chat wheel has reappeared for me and I see my friends list icon, but cannot see my friends. This issue has been resolved for many but not all!

    The recent update made my friends list and quests visible again, but my friends list is now empty. After working with a friend, I was showing as offline to him initially. But after removing me and then re-adding me, we were both able to see each other as long as I was connected lastnight. When I opened the game today, it was empty again.
