    I have the dumbest, brute force "solution" to this problem. It takes a bit of luck, but guess when the download is going to randomly decide to kill itself and alt+f4 (I know... hardy-har-har). It is the only way to progress the download because every time it hits that error, it forgets everything and restarts. Don't hit the error, and it will eventually make it.
    Note: I decided to try and uninstall and reinstall based on troubleshooting and was stuck downloading 3.96 GB at >100MB per attempt. Starting the download and waiting until some arbitrary amount had been downloaded and then killing the task and starting again.
