    The issue with connection from Russian ip addresses might be related to government censorship measures, in this case censorship bypass methods might help.

    Update: VPN helps mitigate the issue, so it's definitely ip-related. I dare speculate that ip addresses of some regions may or may not have been banned as part of the servers' outage fix.

    Upvoting, won a Premier Draft game, the Arena count neither victory nor the daily quest progress (cast red or green spells, and I did cast a green spell during the draft game).
