    Same as some others where it only loads the background when the match starts. It doesn't do this in "play" matches (unless it has already happened within the last 12-24 hrs) and it happens 80% of the time I try a match in a sealed event. I have gotten the 1st event refunded but no responses afterwards. Not playing anything that costs gems until this is fixed. I have 2 open tickets -_-

    EDIT: I forgot to mention I am playing on arena mobile on my Samsung galaxy S10+ that's fully updated. I've tried force closing the app, resetting the phone, and uninstalling/reinstalling and none of them work. When I first started playing the first sealed event, it went fine and I ended up 3-3. Played another and it went fine until I was 4-1 and thats the first time this happened. Next 2 games were losses because of this and I tried another after thinking it was fixed because I could play a generic "play" game. First game was fine (loss) and second game was fine (win). The rest ever since have all been losses. Works fine when I play a generic "play"game after waiting 12+ hours but can't play a sealed match at all now.
