    yeah I just got granted 10K gems as compensation, and so the affected account did. But I just wonder if it’s fair enough for somebody stuck for 2 weeks or more?

    The worst MTGA public relationship crisis ever, no explanations, no statement, no fix plan and restore timeline, they abandoned mythic players just let them frozen for 2 weeks, and take away our rights to play arena open, i cannot bear this anymore, i'll try to send a message everyday untill they fix it, truly absurd.

    Can’t believe I suffered from this bug since 8/31 without any solution, it’s a huge, huge disappointment that I can’t play my favorite cube draft and Arena Open, hope WOTC could give all of loyal players a clear statement and treatment.

    The latest reply from WOTC:
    “We are currently experiencing a very high volume of contacts at this time, therefore there will be a slight delay in getting a direct response to your question or concern. We do not consider this resolved and we are very much looking forward to helping you as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! “

    Sigh.. 2 days away from arena open
    Do we still have a chance to play the event?

    10 days for me since this issue happened, I doubt they could fix it before this week’s arena open, I hope they take our rights to play arena open seriously and fix it ASAP. If they can’t, please consider postpone the event.

    My game had frozen over 10 days, only ONE response I got is a letter from WOTC notes it’s a “ known issue” and ask me satisfied or not on this case , how ironic!
    Cmon WOTC, I can’t believe I’m playing an-almost-30-year-old- game digital version that so frustrated.

    I’ve reached limited mythic rank, but it reset to “beginner tier 0” and can’t show on premier draft, please help me find out what happened and fix it, thanks a lot.
