    For others who do not know, this item was not intended to be picked up. It does not count towards lore completion %. You get the achievement without it.

    Can confirm on my end that this item will not let me loot it on Xbox Series X. I believe this is the last item preventing me from completing my final achievement.

    Buy back option from the vendor before starting the next map would be a very solid quality of life update.
