Idea: The deck validator still thought the my commander deck was invalid for color because I started by coping a blue/white deck. Removing all the blue cards did not convince the validator that the deck was white only.
Problem occurs when:
1) I copied a blue/white deck
2) Specified it as commander (White) -- legal to do but deck validator still thinks it's a blue/white deck.
3) Removed all blue cards including sideboard.
4) Added in all white cards. I now have a 60 card white deck.
Workaround.
Change order of the steps used in making a commander deck.
1) Copy blue/white deck
2) Remove all blue cards (sideboard too) BEFORE designating the deck as commander.
3) Click "Done" to verify that the validator things it's all white
4) Reenter the deck THEN specify the deck as commander.
The deck validator still thought the deck included blue because I had copied a blue/white deck.
