    I have received 5 of the dual color starter decks through the quests. The timer for the next quest is stuck at 0. Just to be sure, I also checked if the cards to create the other decks had been added to my collection, but I was not given any of those cards. I have attached screenshots to show the quest timer, all the decks I have received, and showing that I do not get the cards after the update to finish the decks.
