    On the pertinent reddit thread, WotC staff has posted comments suggesting that this issue is not a priority.

    Because I trusted y'all would figure it out, I spent some money and sunk the time in to complete the daily quests every day, since. Otherwise, I'd have just created a new account.

    I'm on this same train. "Waiting for new quest. Earn a new deck tomorrow!"

    It's the fourth Dual Color deck.
