    Uninstalled a few days ago from all platforms. Sick of waiting for this to be fixed and sick of playing the single two-color deck that I unlocked before the bug halted my progress.

    New patch today. Bug still not fixed. WotC doesn't give a s**t about their customers.

    Absolutely pathetic support from WoTC on this issue. I haven't spent a single dime on this game since I started having this problem and I won't until it's fixed. The longer this goes on, the more likely I am to NEVER spend any money on this game, even if it does get fixed.

    Just got a reply from WoTC on my support request for this issue:

    "At this time, I'm afraid we are unable to provide an ETA for resolution on the "Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00 issue". We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue is being investigated."

    Doesn't sound like it's much of a priority and they're not willing or able to fix it for individual users.

    Same issue here, started with the latest patch.
