    Same here. Only have two of the ten free bicolored decks. I'm tired of this ****.

    It is simply stuck waiting for a new deck quest. I am using Windows 10. Tried logging out and back in several times and nothing worked. It seems that the problem came up with a new update. I am just getting started with the game, and this is very frustrating.
