    In my case, it only happens when I lose the first game and then the opponent concedes / times out at the beginning of the second game

    Same here! I bought the AFR mastery pass but didn't receive my players draft token.
    Please, either give us a refund or provide us with the missing token, because that's one of the things that make the mastery pass worth buying.
