    They aren’t going to fix it. Customer support won’t just give the decks because they “can’t”. Anyway, what incentive is there for them to fix it? It just means they don’t have to give free cards.

    They don’t actually care. I contacted support and there are no plans to fix this. Why would they fix it if it gives away free cards?

    I’ve had the same issue and contacted support. They just added my comment to another thread and basically said they don’t plan on fixing it. Why would they fix some thing that gives away free cards?
