    Same issue. No matter where I look people all write that they get no response from wizards.
    Hope they get all of the bugs fixed anytime soon, this is starting to get a bit frustrating.

    I've got the same issue, any clues as to how to fix it yet?
    Winning or losing doesn't change anything to my rank at all.
    It goes for both the Best of 1 and Best of 3.
