    I've had this issue since August. When I started playing today, after the Alchemy updated, Sparky highlighted the "new deck tomorrow" quest and told me to come back tomorrow to earn a new two color deck! We'll see if that actually happens...

    FYI, a WotC representative posted this on Reddit about this issue:

    This issue really sucks, and it has proven difficult to track. Affected accounts just go quiet instead of having a useful error or message to identify them. However, from the reports we have seen and digging we have done so far, it looks like a small slice of players got dumped into this state during the August update, and new accounts created since then have been okay. Obviously it is still a huge pain point for those affected players, but the limited scope has an impact on the priority of this investigation when weighed against the entirety of the game.

    However: If anyone has an account that was created after the August update and is affected by this issue, please let me know.

    All of that said, we are aware of the issue, we are working on it, and we have scheduled a fix for the future.

    It's been almost 3 weeks at this point - please please fix it! I want to start putting together my own decks but it doesn't make sense to do it when I'm still missing all these cards. Being limited to the mono-color decks is starting to get frustrating.

    Still happening as of 9/4 - it's been like this for almost 2 weeks. I was planning on spending some money on the new set but there's no way that's happening until this is fixed.

    Also, what a poor introduction for new players - being stuck with the single color decks for this long without any additional variety. If this was my first introduction to Magic I would have bounced by now. I'm still holding out hope that this will be fixed because I love this game, but please let's hope it is soon.
