    MTG Arena support is the worst. I've submitted several tickets because I haven't been able to rank since I started back in august. It's going on 2 months. I paid for packs, bundles and mastery yet I can't even rank or get rewards for the rank I could've gotten.

    There's no acknowledgment that they're working on it or going to compensate or let me refund. All they do is send me a link to this page.

    The WORST support I've ever encountered.

    No matter how many times in win or lose in rank standard or historic I do not gain any rank. No progress is added or subtracted.

    I keep wining in rank limited & constructed but it still says unranked. There's no progression! Please help
