I agree with either banning milling or setting a limit somehow. When you spend time and money constructing a deck to watch all your cool cards fly into your graveyard it just makes you want to quit. People work hard to develop a deck plan and milling ruins that strategy; basically it prevents people from actually playing the game. Get rid of it, fix it or something!
