    This happened to me right now. I was making a deck in quick draft. Qued for a game and then changed my mind about a card. Hit "Cancel" as soon as the button appeared. Changed my deck, whent in to a game that I won.
    Returned to lobby and I was 1-1. :(

    My first pick was not the one I was given in the pool. However, when the draft was over, my pick was back again. This affected My draft and My picks!
    This happened twice in a row in two different deafts. Quick fix was to go out of the draft, then in again. Then the pool showed the correct pick.
